Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to support Quality Management. You will report to the Assistant Director and help develop, implement and evaluate Quality and Safety activities to safeguard patient care across SingHealth Polyclinics.

Your duties include planning and coordinating quality assurance programmes, participating in improvement initiatives, representing the department in committees, and providing administrative support for the SHP Quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Good verbal and written language skills in English are expected, with fluency in other languages an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and being a resourceful team player.
Strong interest in learning and professional growth.
Strong knowledge and experience in areas like quality improvement and value-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

Plan, organise and implement programmes, projects, and activities relating to Quality and Safety at SHP.
Plan, organise, co-ordinate, support, and participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement initiatives.
Represent the department in committees, workgroups, and meetings, and liaise with internal and external parties on initiatives relating to Quality and Safety.
Provide administrative support for Clinical Governance and other programmes in the SHP Quality Management Framework.
Perform other duties as assigned.
