Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive (ESS) in Quality Assurance & Risk Management. You will coordinate initiatives, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure MOH compliance across ESS, Credentialing and Privileging, and Risk Management functions.

This role also provides secretariat and administrative support, including committee coordination, minute-taking, and tracking actions, in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biological Sciences, Applied Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Healthcare experience preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (M365) with advanced Excel skills advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initiatives across QA & Risk Management and related functions.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure MOH standards compliance.
• Maintain credentialing records and support internal assessments.
• Support patient safety programmes and provide secretariat/administrative support.
• Coordinate committees, take minutes and track action items.
