Job summary

SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) is seeking a Quality Management professional reporting to the Assistant Director of Quality Management. The role focuses on developing, implementing and evaluating quality and safety activities to support SHP’s patient care objectives.

You will implement programmes, coordinate QA/QI initiatives, represent the department in committees, and provide administrative support within the SHP Quality Management Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement programmes, projects and activities relating to Quality and Safety at SHP.
• Coordinate, support and participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement initiatives.
• Represent the department in committees, workgroups and meetings and liaise with internal and external parties on Quality and Safety initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for Clinical Governance and other programmes in the SHP Quality Management Framework.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
