Job summary

TDCX TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Executive (Facilities Management) for public sector projects islandwide in Singapore. The role is a 2-year renewable contract, Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:30pm, handling QA/QC across sites and driving continual improvement.

Requirements include a Diploma in relevant discipline and at least 1 year in FM, building/engineering services, or QMS/ISO; you will conduct audits, prepare reports, and coordinate CAPA with the QA Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Facilities Management, Building/Engineering Services, QMS/ISO, or WSH.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC initiatives across facilities management operations and sites.
• Conduct scheduled quality audits on completed works, maintenance activities and services.
• Prepare audit reports documenting findings, non-compliance and areas for improvement.
• Track and follow up on CAPA to ensure timely closure.
• Escalate major quality risks, recurring issues and operational gaps to management.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Work closely with the QA Manager on audit progress, quality performance and compliance reporting.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building/Engineering Services, Quality Management Systems (QMS / ISO), or WSH practices.
