Job summary

A human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and conduct regular audits. The ideal candidate will have a recognized diploma in engineering or facilities management, along with relevant QA/QMS experience, preferably in the military sector. The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interface effectively with diverse groups. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional after-hours work required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Relevant training in Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course in QMS and ISO requirements.
• Experience in QA/QMS works in the military sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of contractual obligations with the Quality Assurance plan.
• Conduct audits based on Quality Management Systems.
• Monitor and improve effectiveness of the QA plan.

- Island-wide
- Mon to Fri: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- $3,000 – $3,500

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of contractual obligations are established with an organization Quality Assurance plan.
• Conduct regular audits based on the established Quality Management Systems in accordance with contract requirements.
• Monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of the QA plan and QMS.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of QMS to the customer.
• Reports directly to the QA manager

Period:

• 1 –2 years contract (renewable)

Location:

• Island-wide

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Required to attend to work exigencies after office hours / weekends/ public holidays if the need arises
• $3,000 – $3,500

Requirements:

• Recognized diploma in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in relevant field preferred
• Relevant training in Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course in Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO requirements.
• Experience in QA/QMS works in the military sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to interface with a multitude of different demographics.
• A team player
• Able to work with tight timelines and under pressure
• Require to work on after office hours, weekends and public holidays on an ad-hoc basis.
