Job Express Services Pte Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore, invites applications for a QA Executive (ID4384) based in Tuas. You will ensure quality management, conduct internal audits, and drive GMP and food safety initiatives to meet EU, FDA, HACCP, FSSC and customer requirements.

The role requires a degree in QA, Food Science, Engineering or equivalent and 2–3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing. Local salary ranges from SGD 3,300 to SGD 3,800 per month, with training and career development

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a QA role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QMS and FSSC22000 management system implementation.

Responsabilités

• Investigate non-conformities and review corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure QMS and Food Safety Management System are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct internal quality audits and management reviews.
• Organize GMP and Food Safety training for factory staff.
• Establish/review SOPs and work instructions for food quality and safety to meet EU, FDA, HACCP, FSSC and customer requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Job Title: QA Executive (ID4384)

Location: Tuas

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.45am to 5.45pm, Friday: 8.45am to 5.15pm

Salary: Local : $3300-$3800

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all causes of non-conformity products are being investigated with adequate actions. Review effectiveness of corrective / preventive action initiatives for factory non-conformance.
• Ensure that Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System is effectively implemented and maintained and controlled.
• Ensure that internal quality audits and management views are carried out accordingly.
• Organize and conduct GMP, Food Safety related training to factory staffs.
• Establish/review SOP, work instruction and operational standard for food quality and safety to meet EU, FDA, HACCP and FSSC and customer requirements.
• To investigate customer's complaints and discuss the investigation with relevant departments and corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Other activities as required by immediate superior.

Competency / Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in a Quality Assurance role preferably from the Food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of QMS and FSSC2200 management system implementation.
