Job summary

A human resource consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a quality-focused professional to ensure service quality standards are met. You will conduct quality checks, manage customer interactions, and report directly to the QA manager. The ideal candidate should possess at least a recognized diploma in engineering or estates management, relevant QMS training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This contract role offers a monthly salary between $2,300 and $2,800, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant field preferred.
• Relevant training in Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course in QMS and ISO requirements.
• Experience in QC works in the military sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality outcomes of all works and service according to established QMS.
• Conduct quality checks of works and services according to contract KPI requirements.
• Attend and follow up on customer meetings for quality control issues.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality outcomes of all works and service according to the established QMS, process and contract KPI requirements.
• Conduct quality checks of works and services according to the established QMS, process and contract KPI requirements.
• To attend and follow up on regular/ad-hoc customer meetings and discussions for quality control issues
• Reports directly to the QA manager

Period:

• 1 –2 years Contract (renewable)

Location:

• Island-wide

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Required to attend to work exigencies after office hours / weekends/ public holidays if the need arises
• $2,300 – $2,800

Requirements:

• Recognized diploma in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent
• Relevant training in Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course in Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO requirements.
• 2 years of experience in relevant field preferred
• Able to interface with a multitude of different demographics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in QC works in the military sector is preferred.
• A team player
• Able to work with tight timelines and under pressure
