Job summary

Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board is seeking a Lead Consultant (Quality Engineering) to advance enterprise quality management and engineering capabilities across our IT landscape. You will design, implement and integrate quality engineering platforms, tooling and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, high‑quality software delivery.

Collaborating with application, platform and infrastructure teams, you will evaluate AI‑assisted testing, monitor quality metrics, drive adoption of QA practices, and

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on IT system implementation across SDLC.
• Solid SQM and modern software delivery understanding.
• Experience implementing enterprise QA platforms and automation.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Programming or scripting background (Java, .NET, Python) and cloud exposure.
• SQL analysis capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder communication and change management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance enterprise quality engineering platforms and tooling across delivery teams.
• Evaluate platforms, tools, and AI-assisted testing to improve quality at scale.
• Drive rollout and adoption of quality engineering practices across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with application, platform and infrastructure teams to integrate QA solutions.
• Review existing approaches, monitor quality metrics, and identify gaps.
• Assess emerging SQM technologies and translate into enterprise implementations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to uplift quality maturity.
