Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design, engineering design tools and software packages, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs engineering solutions using multiple disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions with cost effectiveness and quality.
• Develops and implements parameters and test plans for new and existing designs; verify mechanical, electrical, software, and other specs.
• Performs risk assessments and implements mitigation for engineering solutions.
• Leads a project team to develop reliable, cost effective, and high quality solutions.
• Represents the mechanical/thermal team for all phases of larger and more complex development projects.
