GE Vernova Singapore Services Pte. Ltd. invites engineering students to join as a Quality Engineer Intern.

You will work on real projects, apply problem-solving tools like Root Cause Analysis and Lean Six Sigma, and collaborate with our global team to drive improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in QA and quality improvement, data analysis, Kaizen concepts, and exposure to power generation service processes and non-destructive testing practices, all within a supportive learning

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Engineering degree.
Comfortable using MS Office applications.
Open-minded, inclusive, and ready to bring fresh ideas and courage to improve.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Quality team in QA and quality improvement initiatives.
Lead or co-lead process improvement projects for operational excellence.
Learn RCA and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and audits.
Assist in creating product qualification packages and drafting work instructions.
Gain hands-on experience with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Collect and analyze data to drive data-driven insights.
Propose and help implement Kaizen ideas as part of a team.
Gain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processes.
Explore metallurgical labs, NDT methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologies.
