Responsibilities

• Co-lead a roadmap transformation project for SQDC operational excellence.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, problem solving and idea generation.
• Learn and apply Lean manufacturing tools.
• Support data collection and apply data-driven problem solving.
• Exposure to power generation repair workshop and advanced repair technologies.
• Participate in Lean Kaizen Action Work Out events.
