Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material or Industrial).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead process and quality improvement projects to enhance operational performance.
• Support product qualification packages and process documentation.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to deliver measurable business impact.
• Collect and analyze data to solve engineering problems.
• Gain exposure to power generation workshop machinery and technologies.
• Support the cell in executing transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and operational excellence.
