Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates inclusivity and courage to implement change.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead process and quality improvement projects that enhance operational performance.
• Support product qualification packages and process documentation.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to deliver measurable business impact.
• Collect and analyze data to solve real-world engineering problems.
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge power generation workshop machinery and technologies.
• Support the cell in executing transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and overall operational excellence.
