Qualifications

• Engineering student currently pursuing a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality team on QA and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead or co-lead process improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Learn RCA and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and audits.
• Assist in creating product qualification packages and work instructions.
• Apply Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methods to impact outcomes.
• Analyze data to derive data-driven insights.
• Contribute Kaizen ideas as part of a dynamic team.
• Gain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processes.
• Explore labs, non-destructive testing methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Support our Quality team in exciting Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives
• Lead or co-lead process and quality improvement projects that drive operational excellence
• Learn and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and Quality Audits
• Assist in creating product qualification packages and drafting clear work instructions
• Get hands-on experience with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to make a real impact
• Collect and analyze data to solve problems with data-driven insights
• Propose and help implement Kaizen ideas as part of a dynamic team
• Gain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processes
• Explore metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive testing methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologies
