Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Executive for a 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm, at the Boon Lay site. The role focuses on ensuring food safety compliance and supporting ISO/FSSC/Halal/SFA documentation, with routine production inspections and coordination of corrective actions.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology and knowledge of relevant safety standards, and must be comfortable working in a chilled environment (10°C–15°C).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in local & international food safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the food manufacturing process complies with food safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections of production processes to ensure regulatory compliance and perform in-process checks.
• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits and follow-up with corrective actions and documentation.
• Report any non-conformance of products/processes and escalate to the Executive/Manager.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

• Ensure the food manufacturing process comply with food safety standards, specifications, and government and industry regulations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of production processesto ensure compliance with regulatory standardsand perform routine in-process checkson products.
• Supportregulatory inspection, customer audits and visitsandtofollow-up with corrective action and documents, when necessary.
• Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products / process and timely reporting to the Executive / Manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Knows how to use MS Office.
• Able to work in chilly environment (10°C to 15°C).
• Preferably a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably knowledgeable in local & international food safety standards
