Job summary

Xtremax Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to drive test strategy, design test plans and scripts, and oversee quality across multiple projects.

The role requires strong automation using Selenium/TestNG, performance testing with JMeter/LoadRunner/NeoLoad, familiarity with CI/CD, and ISTQB certification is a plus. You will document results, report progress to management, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of STLC/QA processes and testing concepts.
• Strong testing knowledge and automation scripting skills.
• ISTQB certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, scripts and reports across multiple projects and drive process improvements.
• Document formal test plans and execute test cases to verify business and functional requirements.
• Identify defects, log tasks, and validate resolutions communicated through proper channels.
• Assess functionality, performance, reliability, and stability; present status reports to management.
• Follow up on corrective, containment and preventive actions and close out actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits in line with ISO requirements.

An exciting opportunity has become available at one of the fastest growing IT companies in Singapore. We are expanding and actively looking for a highly motivated individual for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects and make continuous improvement for such processes
• Document formal test plans and execute test cases to ensure business and functional requirements are met
• Identify application inconsistencies, bugs and defects and communicate through the appropriate channels. Log tasks and test after a resolution has been implemented
• Assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability of the development and present status reports to the management regularly
• Follow-up and validation of corrective, containment and preventive actions
• Coordinate internal and external audit in accordance to ISO requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred with 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Knows SLTC and has strong testing knowledge
• Strong in QA automation script tools like selenium, testNG
• Familiar with performance test tools like JMeter, loadrunner, neoload, and CI/CD concept
• Detail oriented, problem solving skills and works well under pressure
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• ISTQB Certification would be advantage
