Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QMS professional to lead quality management systems, ensuring ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO13485 compliance across manufacturing processes.

You will drive audits, CAPA, RCA and 8D, while coordinating with Production, Engineering and QC to improve quality performance and document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quality, engineering or manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years QA/QMS experience in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO13485 is a plus.
• Experience in medical, semiconductor or aerospace industries preferred.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, RCA and 8D.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS compliance and documentation, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Coordinate internal, customer and certification audits with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage CAPA, RCA and 8D processes to resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and traceability across departments.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and QC to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the Quality team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description

• - Focusing on the quality system, compliance and prevention of quality issues. Manages QMS documentation, ISO/AS/medical requirements, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement
• - Manage and maintain the company’s QMS, procedures and quality documentation
• - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements
• - Coordinate internal, customer and certification audits
• - Manage CAPA, RCA, 8D and corrective actions
• - Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement
• - Ensure proper document control, records and traceability
• - Work closely with Production, Engineering and QC to resolve quality issues
• - Work closely with the QC Manager to improve overall Quality Department efficiency and effectiveness
• - Support customer and supplier quality requirements
• - Drive improvements to reduce rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints

Job Requirements

• - Diploma / Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• - Minimum 5 years of QA / QMS experience in manufacturing or precision engineering
• - Good knowledge of ISO 9001
• - Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO13485 is an advantage
• - Experience in medical, semiconductor or aerospace industries preferred
• - Experience in audits, CAPA, RCA and 8D
• - Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
