Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality inspection across incoming, in-process, and outgoing items within a precision manufacturing setting.

You will supervise a QC inspector team, coordinate with production on quality issues, and drive improvements to ensure customer requirements are met. Responsibilities include managing non-conformance analysis, closing CAPA, maintaining the QMS documentation, and participating in audits.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing (2 years for junior).
• Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of QA techniques, procedures, and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality inspection as per customer requirements.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the product quality inspection as per the customer requirement

• Responsible to initial of non-conformance analysis, and closure of the corrective / preventive action plan
• Manage the QMS documentation system
• Participate in internal and external quality audit
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment (Min 2 years for junior level position)
• Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawing
• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or others regulatory requirement will advantage

Compensation:

• Working location: Buroh
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30), and Saturday (08:30 – 12:30)
