Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to ensure product quality in a manufacturing setup. You will lead a small team for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections, coordinate with production on quality issues, and liaise with vendors and customers on complaints.

You will drive non-conformance analysis and close out corrective actions while maintaining the QMS documentation. The role requires 4–5 years in QA/QC, a Diploma in Engineering, the ability to read engineering

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in QA/QC in manufacturing
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of QA techniques, procedures, and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing products per customer requirements
• Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors

Job Description

• Responsible for the product quality inspection as per the customer requirement
• Lead & supervises a team of QC inspector to perform the incoming, in process & outgoing inspection activity
• Coordinate with production for any quality related issue
• Liaise with vendor and customer on complaint/feedback related with quality issue
• Responsible to initial of non-conformance analysis, and closure of the corrective / preventive action plan
• Manage the QMS documentation system
• Participate in internal and external quality audit
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment (Min 2 years for junior level position)
• Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawing
• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or others regulatory requirement will advantage

Compensation

• Working location: Buroh
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30), and Saturday (08:30 – 12:30)
