Job summary

jointhire singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a QA/QC professional in Singapore to uphold product quality per customer requirements.

You will lead a team of QC inspectors performing incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections and coordinate with production to address quality issues. The role requires strong knowledge of QA techniques and the ability to read engineering drawings. Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO13485/AS9100D is advantageous; the position offers on-site work at a manufacturing site with

Qualifications

• 4–5 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing (2 years for junior).
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of QA techniques, procedures, and methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (ISO9001/ISO13485/AS9100D) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product quality as per customer requirements.
• Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.
• Coordinate with production on quality issues.
• Liaise with vendors and customers on quality-related complaints/feedback.
• Initiate and close corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage the QMS documentation system.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

About Company:

Our client is a leading precision engineering and solutions provider in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the product quality inspection as per the customer requirement
• Lead & supervises a team of QC inspector to perform the incoming, in process & outgoing inspection activity
• Coordinate with production for any quality related issue
• Liaise with vendor and customer on complaint/feedback related with quality issue
• Responsible to initial of non-conformance analysis, and closure of the corrective / preventive action plan
• Manage the QMS documentation system
• Participate in internal and external quality audit
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment (Min 2 years for junior level position)
• Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawing
• Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or others regulatory requirement will advantage

Compensation:

• Working location: Buroh
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30), and Saturday (08:30 – 12:30)
