Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a QA Engineer in Singapore to oversee quality inspections and work with production to address issues. Requires 2–5 years QA/QC experience and a diploma or higher in engineering.

You will lead QC personnel, maintain the QMS, participate in audits, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance. On-site role with a competitive package including bonus and AWS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, preferably precision engineering.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs and technical documents.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC techniques, inspection procedures and quality methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 13485/AS9100D or similar standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with NCR, root cause analysis, CAPA and quality investigations.
• Able to lead and supervise QC personnel and work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee product quality inspections in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Lead and supervise QC Inspectors in carrying out incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
• Work closely with the Production team to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers/vendors regarding quality complaints, feedback, and corrective actions.
• Initiate non-conformance investigations, conduct initial root cause analysis, and follow up on CAPA plans through to closure.
• Maintain and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records.
• Support and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure quality procedures and inspection activities are consistently followed in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
• Perform any other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
• Able to lead and supervise QC personnel while working independently when required.
