Job summary

CCL DESIGN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Tuas South is seeking an experienced QA leader to oversee all quality functions in manufacturing operations.

You will manage customer complaints, control nonconformities, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement across supplier, production, and internal processes. The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, and quality systems, with at least diploma and 10 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma with 10 years of total experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment focusing on quality.
• Must read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for quality functions in manufacturing.
• Control product nonconformity and record issues.
• Lead CAPA and drive continual improvement of quality system.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and supplier quality.
