Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance activities for manufacturing equipment. You will drive supplier quality management, perform IQC oversight and ensure CAPA-driven improvements across processes and documentation.

The role requires a diploma in a related engineering field and at least 2 years in QA/QC within manufacturing or semiconductor environments, with strong metrology tool knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in QA/QC in a manufacturing or semiconductor equipment environment.
• Proficient with metrology and inspection tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block and Smart Scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities including equipment buy-off processes (IBO/CBO), corrective action requests (CARs), and timely closure of quality issues.
• Drive supplier quality management initiatives including supplier audits, vendor qualification/re-certification, performance monitoring and quality improvement programs across the supply chain.
• Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities including FAI, parts inspection, measurement validation and quality compliance reviews.
• Analyze quality data, implement CAPA, and continuously improve QA/QC systems, processes and documentation to enhance operational performance and product quality.
