Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. Loyang site is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring product standards and supplier quality compliance.

You will drive audits, CAPA, and root-cause analysis across internal teams and external suppliers. The role requires a Diploma in Quality Management (or related field) and at least 3 years of ISO documentation/audit experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality Management or related field is required.
• Min 3 years' experience in audits and ISO documentation within manufacturing.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, 8D and 5W problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain product standards.
• Support new supplier/material qualification and resolve material quality issues.
• Implement inspection standards for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, lead CAPA.
• Lead MRB meetings and ensure effective root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct internal/external audits, review findings, drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on quality-related matters.
