Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to manage daily QA/QC activities, inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing products, and support internal and external audits in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will drive quality improvement, ensure ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory compliance, handle customer enquiries and CAPA, maintain SOPs and document control, and collaborate with laboratory and engineering teams to sustain safe, compliant products.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QA/QC experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Manage daily QA/QC activities, including inspections at incoming, in-process and outgoing stages.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure ISO 9001:2015, QMS, WSH and regulatory requirements, support audits.
• Customer & Complaints: Handle enquiries, complaints and product rejections; investigate root causes and propose CAPA.
• Product & Process Improvement: Evaluate tender samples, support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain quality docs, SOPs and document control; assist training.
• Laboratory & Technical Support: Assist lab activities, equipment maintenance, and risk assessments.
• Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder mgmt; MS Office/Power Platform knowledge preferred.
