Job summary

PRINT IT NOW 3D PTE. LTD. seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to design and implement QC processes, oversee testing and audits, and drive CAPA actions across manufacturing operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management with 3–5+ years of QC/QA experience, proficiency with quality software and MS Office, and strong communication plus leadership capabilities to train staff and collaborate with production and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years QC/QA experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection standards.
• Oversee product testing, audits, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Train staff on QC procedures and foster a quality-focused culture.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
