Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to manage ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 documentation and drive internal and external audits for bare-metal production readiness. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams for customer and supplier audits, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing QA, strong PFMEA/GR&R knowledge, and proven problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Diploma in quality management or related field.
3–5 years of audits and ISO documentation experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/13485 and ISO 22301.
Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans and GR&R.
Familiar with 8D and 5W problem solving.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain ISO documentation (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms).
Plan and conduct internal and external audits for third-party readiness.
Coordinate with stakeholders for customer/supplier audits.
Lead CAPA and MRB processes and drive continuous improvement.
Review supplier performance and address non-conforming materials with suppliers.
Issue and track SCARs and ensure timely closure.
Support supplier qualification to sustain qualified pipeline.
Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance for equipment.
Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues and document actions.
Publish quality performance reports and close CAPA/ NCR.
