Job summary

M3 EMPLOYMENT in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC professional to develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspect products against drawings, and drive CAPA activities. You will collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve issues and document inspections.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing, a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of QA techniques, procedures, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards and inspection plans.
• Inspect and verify products against drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor production quality and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist with customer complaints, corrective actions and quality investigations.
• Support ISO audits and ensure compliance with QMS.
• Provide guidance to quality staff on quality requirements and inspection methods.
