Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA/QC professional in Singapore to develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection plans, and records. The role involves inspecting products, identifying defects, and driving corrective actions with CAPA.

You will collaborate with Production and Quality teams, prepare reports, and support internal ISO audits to ensure QMS compliance. Diploma or degree in Engineering and 2–3 years QA/QC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QC procedures, standards and inspection plans.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet drawings, specs and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Work with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor production quality and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist with customer complaints, corrective actions and quality investigations.
• Support ISO audits and ensure compliance with the company's QMS.
• Provide guidance to quality staff on quality requirements and inspection methods.
