Job summary

AMB PACKAGING PTE LTD is seeking a QA professional to lead quality activities. You will ensure compliance with QA plans, prepare Certificates of Conformance, CAPA, and samples for customers, and perform inspections and audits.

The role requires leadership in Quality, ISO-related experience, strong communication and reporting skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Collaborative teamwork and meeting tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in Quality department in a leadership role.
• Experience in ISO implementation, maintenance and document control preferred.
• Ability to understand technical and mathematical concepts.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of internal functions with QA plans, guidelines and procedures.
• Test, record and prepare all Certificates of Conformance.
• Prepare internal and external CAPA documentation.
• Prepare samples for submission to customers.
• Perform incoming testing and inspection on materials.
• Perform line inspection and audit.
• Prepare Quality Reports.
• ISO maintenance and document control.
• Handle projects and any other assigned activities.
