Job summary

You will lead and manage the QA administration & IPQC in daily problem solving activities on Manufacturing Products Conformity (CoC) qualification in all metal parts. Work with production Leaders and Customers, understand requirements creating comprehensive test method during production phase to leverage final checking. Drive the adoption of QA best practices through the whole team.

Hands‑on adopting manual Quality checks and understand requirements is a must. Excellent written communication skills with Customer QA and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abilities to Lead Quality Inspector or Checker Team efficiently and effectively in Sampling checks System, Quality Awareness in Sheet Metal environment accordingly to Customers requirements.
• Setup & Manage a New Quality Plant in Malaysia Factory. (ISO9001 certified)
• Schedule of daily QC Team work assignment according to Jobs.
• Understanding Of individual Customers Parts on GO & NO-GO (Decision Making).
• Attend to Customers Quality Complaints, make action plan and execute it accordingly.
• Submission weekly QA Reports to GM without delay.
• Setup and Conduct Systematic Quality trainings for new staffs in assign duties and task.
• Administer and improve Company's ISO System and Bizsafe.
• Conduct Internal audits for all departments, functions and projects for ISO audits.
• Administer Company QMS and conduct internal audit.
• Design jig and fixture with Engineer Team enhance quick check buyoff.
• Support all QA-related functions and activities both at Company and Customers levels.
• Equipment schedule maintenance programs and execution at all levels.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality Management Certificate. (Internally Auditor 2015 Certified)
• Highly responsible for Quality duties and task dateline.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Sheet Metal or Machining environment.
• Knowledge in all related QC tools respectively.
• Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills
• Well‑organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in In Design, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
