Job summary

PRIME DELI TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous QA Executive to uphold our ISO 22000 certified food safety and quality standards at our Singapore facility. You will oversee documentation, audits, hygiene, and traceability processes to ensure compliance across production, packing, and storage areas.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, SFA regulations, and strong communication skills to work independently and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and SFA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and documentation processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage ISO 22000 food safety and quality standards.
• Conduct routine internal audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor hygiene practices across production, packing, and storage areas.
• Ensure SOPs, checklists and records are maintained and updated.
• Assist in traceability, product recalls and quality verification.
• Support external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. SFA).
• Verify calibration of measuring tools and cleanliness of equipment.
• Conduct staff training on food hygiene, safety, and QA protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the ISO22000 Food
• Conduct routine internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Monitor hygiene practices acrossproduction, packing, and storage areas
• Ensure SOPs, checklists, andrecords are properly maintained and updated
• Handle non-conformance reportsand follow up with corrective actions
• Support external audits andliaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. SFA)
• Verify calibration of measuringtools and cleanliness of equipment
• Conduct staff training on foodhygiene, safety, and QA protocols
• Assist in traceability, productrecalls, and quality verification
• Ensure all products meetinternal and external quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of QA/QCexperience in the food manufacturing industry
