Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of QS professionals. You will oversee progress claims, subcontractor claims, EOTs and variations, ensuring accurate cost control and timely reporting across large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in QS or equivalent, a minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 2 in management on projects of S$300 million or more, and familiarity with Nearshore Marine Development and Land Reclamation

Qualifications

• Degree in QS or equivalent.
• Min 10 years’ relevant experience, with 2 years in management, on projects worth at least $300 million.
• Experience on international projects in Nearshore Marine Development and Land Reclamation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, project cost control, monthly reporting, earned value analysis, estimation and cost analysis.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Willing to work in Changi location.

• Experience with international construction projects in the Nearshore Marine Development, Land Reclamation sectors will be preferred
• Good knowledge of tendering, project cost control, monthly reporting, earned value analysis, estimation and cost analysis
• Demonstrated good leadership qualities and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Candidate must be willing to work in Changi location
