Job summary

YJ WATERPROOFING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, prepare monthly progress claims, and monitor budgets for our construction projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years' experience in Singapore construction firms; proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred, and the incumbent should be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and VO costing
• Preparing and monitoring cost budget vs actual cost
• Responsible in preparing the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Make a meeting to discuss with the project team and prepare shop drawings using AutoCad
• Able to work independently
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering/ Quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore constructions firms .
• Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words and Excel
