Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Technician to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS.

You will help with document control, audits, CAPA tracking, and data reporting to drive quality improvements. The role requires a technical background in engineering, 12‑hour rotating shifts, and familiarity with AI tools (Python, Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
• Attention to details to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation, reporting, and execution of tasks.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Tableau
• Familiar with engineering principles, quality systems such as FMEA, Change Management, Measurement System Analysis, Calibration and other quality and statistical methods and tools will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Quality Management System (QMS): Support the administration and maintenance of the QMS in accordance with standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Audit Support: Assist in planning and supporting audits; track findings, action items, and closure status; support preparation of audit evidence and documentation.
• Nonconformance & CAPA: Assist in investigation of quality issues and root cause analysis; track CAPA to ensure timely closure.
• Data & Reporting: Collect, compile, and analyze quality data; prepare quality reports and dashboards; maintain metrics and trend analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Support quality improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Training & Awareness: Support coordination of quality‑related training; maintain training records and competency matrices.
