Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting for Production Operator / QC Inspector roles within an MNC focused on Medical devices and Automotive components.

The job offers a permanent night shift (7pm–7am) with a 12-hour pattern, attendance and shift allowances, AWS, annual leave, medical/dental benefits, and training provided. Responsibilities include daily inspections, in-process inspection, abnormality reporting, outgoing audits, inspection report maintenance, 5S discipline, GMP

Qualifications

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and understand simple English.
• Experience with inspection equipment is an added advantage, eg: Smartscope, CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicator.
• Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Excel.
• Able to support OT.
• Can start work immediately or at a short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor.
• Perform in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise NCMR if applicable.
• Perform outgoing inspection/out of box audit.
• Compile and maintain all quality inspection reports.
• Maintain proper 5S in the assigned area daily.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Issue Stop Machine Order and Stop Shipment Order when process/ product out of control.
• Buyoff the product and stamp QC accept/reject.
