Job summary

ASCENSION ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Technician at our Kallang facility to perform quality inspections on finished goods, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and product specs.

You will document findings and support continuous quality improvements. Responsibilities include updating inspection records, following established procedures, and coordinating with multiple departments to resolve non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant QA/QC or quality inspection experience, preferably within electronics/manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures, manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Able to understand and follow technical specs, inspection criteria and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection on finished goods to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Identify non-conforming materials or products and report findings for review and disposition.
• Update and maintain inspection records and Lot Travelers upon completion of inspection activities.
• Ensure all inspection activities and documentation follow established quality procedures and work instructions.
• Support other QA/QC inspection and quality-related activities as required.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection activities on finished goods to ensure compliance with customer requirements, product specifications and established quality standards.
• Identify non-conforming materials or products during inspection and report findings to the Assistant Engineer for review and disposition.
• Update and maintain accurate inspection summary records and Lot Travelers upon completion of inspection activities.
• Ensure all inspection activities and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with established quality procedures and work instructions.
• Support other QA/QC inspection and quality-related activities when required.

Requirements
