Job summary

Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is hiring for Production Operator and QC roles in Singapore. 2nd shift to night shift with a 12-hour pattern, immediate hiring for a permanent position in an MNC environment.

Responsibilities include daily QC inspections, in-process checks, and GMP adherence. Training will be provided, with attendance and shift allowances, AWS, and medical benefits. Candidates with GCE O Level and basic English, plus Excel and inspection equipment experience, are encouraged to apply and

Qualifications

• Min GCE O level and understandable English.
• Experience with inspection equipment is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel.
• Able to support OT and work after hours as needed.
• Can start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Conduct in-process inspection and report abnormalities/NCMR when applicable.
• Execute outgoing inspection and out-of-box audits.
• Compile and maintain inspection reports.
• Maintain 5S in the assigned area daily.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines.
• Issue Stop Machine/Shipment Orders when process/product is out of control.
• Buy off the product and stamp QC accept/reject.

Job Highlights

Our client (MNC)is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor

• Perform in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise NCMR if applicable

• Perform outgoing inspection/out of box audit

• Compile and maintain all quality inspection reports

• Maintain proper 5S in the assigned area daily

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice

• Issue Stop Machine Order and Stop Shipment Order when process/ product out of control.

• Buyoff the product and stamp QC accept/reject

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and understand simple English.

• Experience with inspection equipment is an added advantage, eg: Smartscope, CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicator

• Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Excel

• Able to support OT

• Can start work immediately or at a short notice
