Job summary

HR FOCUS is seeking a Quality Assurance & Control professional in Tuas, Singapore for a full-time position. NITEC or Diploma in Engineering with 1–3 years QA/QC or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Visual and measurement inspections will ensure product quality against drawings and standards. Morning 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or Night 10:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts; salary up to SGD 2,500, with OT claim, medical, and a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering required.
• 1–3 years QA/QC or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to perform visual and measurement inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and measurement inspections on materials, products, and production processes.
• Check product quality against drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documents.
• Escalate major quality concerns to supervisors or engineers.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards.
• Work with production teams to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Maintain calibration records and handle inspection equipment properly.
• Follow workplace safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized.

Location: Tuas

Position: Full-Time

MRT: Short walking distance to MRT

Salary: Up to $2,500

Rotating Shift

Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Singaporean ONLY
• NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, QA/QC.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC or manufacturing experience preferred
• Perform visual and measurement inspections on materials, products, and production processes
• Check product quality against drawings, specifications, and standards
• Hands-on experience in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and Smart Scope equipment
• Identify and report product defects or quality issues
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documents
• Escalate major quality concerns to supervisors or engineers
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards
