Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Production Operator cum QC Inspector in Serangoon North.

The role covers setup, operation of rotary and semi-automatic machines, and quality control from start to finish. You will handle tooling changes, 1st article checks, and report production metrics in a clean, air-conditioned environment. Working 5 days (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM) with basic salary + OT + variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary/technical qualification.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience reading simple 2D drawings.
• Die-cutting experience is advantageous.
• Able to operate production machinery independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up/feed materials and operate rotary and semi-automated precision machines in a clean, air-conditioned environment.
• Cut flexible materials per engineering drawings and requirements.
• Perform QC/inspection from setup to final production stage.
• Fix issues that arise during production.
• Handle tooling changes and 1st piece checks.
• Meet output, quality, cost and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up/feed flexible materials and operate rotary and semi-automated precision machines in a clean and air-conditioned work environment.

• Perform cutting of flexible materials according to Engineering Drawings and demands requirements.

• Perform QC/secondary activities from setup to final production stage.

• Fix issues that might occur during the work.

• Execute process/machines tooling changeovers including adjustments and 1st piece article checking.

• Produce all parts according to expectations in terms of units per hour, quality, cost, and other performance KPI’s.

• Provide accurate and precise information/reports regarding production time, occurrences, volumes, scrap, rejections, and abnormalities.

• Execute secondary and final product inspections before final shipment to customers.

• Packing finished-goods parts.

• Adhering to all the health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School or Technical qualification.

• At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.

• Experience operating production machinery independently.

• Die-cutting experience using rotary or flatbed machines is advantageous.

• Able to perform machine setup, tooling changeovers, and basic adjustments.

• Able to safely handle and install tooling weighing up to 10 kg.

• Able to read and understand simple 2D engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Experience using Smart-Scope or similar measurement/inspection equipment is advantageous.

• Familiar with quality inspection, QC processes, and ISO 9001 quality systems.

• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required by operational needs.
