GLAXO WELLCOME MANUFACTURING PTE LTD invites graduates and mid-career professionals to join the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on‑the‑job training to build a pipeline of skilled biopharmaceutical professionals in Singapore. Trainees gain hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship within a world‑leading biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science-related discipline (Biology/microbiology preferred).
• Interest in laboratory testing and operations.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptable to change and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to influence others.
• Strong problem-solving driven by curiosity.
• Drive and confidence to trust your own judgment.
• Good project management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor/Manager in managing laboratory activities to ensure timely, accurate results.
• Support quality control operations to meet regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities (GPS, 5S, standard work, DMAIC).
• Identify and report QC problems; implement corrective actions.
• Assist Micro and services team management.
• Perform routine testing and results review/approval.
