Job summary

L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch) is seeking a diligent QA/QC professional to support quality management on construction projects in Woodland.

You will assist in QC plan implementation and perform on-site inspections to ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet requirements. The role requires 1–3 years in QA/QC within construction, a related degree or diploma, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC in construction or engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO, ASTM and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing QC plans to meet standards.
• Support on-site inspections and tests of materials, workmanship, and installations.
• Help ensure QA procedures are followed during all project phases.
• Carry out QC checks under supervision to align with project specs and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in training sessions to understand quality standards and safety protocols.
• Identify and document non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving quality-related issues on-site and with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Learn and follow best practices for QC to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support efforts to achieve quality-related certifications and awards.
• Any other duties as assigned.
