Job summary

HOCK LIAN SENG INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD. seeks a QA/QC specialist to implement and monitor QA/QC activities on construction projects in Singapore.

You will ensure works, materials, workmanship, inspections and testing comply with drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, Singapore standards and regulatory rules. You will prepare and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITPs and quality procedures, coordinate audits and inspections, and document non-conformances with timely

Qualifications

Ability to prepare, implement and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs and quality procedures.
Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions to identify quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures.
Review approved drawings, specifications and technical submissions to identify quality requirements and potential discrepancies.
Coordinate quality audits, inspections, quality meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct quality briefings and communicate workmanship standards to project teams and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality and workmanship against approved drawings and specifications.
Identify defects and NCRs, coordinate corrective actions and re-testing.
