L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch) seeks a senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to manage QC planning, site inspections, and regulatory compliance across major projects.

You will drive testing, mentorship, and continuous improvement, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards. You will lead QC teams, conduct training sessions, and facilitate ISO certification efforts while maintaining strong communication with project teams

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in QA/QC within construction or engineering, with at least 3 in a managerial role.
• Solid knowledge of QC principles, standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO, ASTM).
• Hands-on experience in commissioning and QC testing, including site inspections.
• Strong leadership to mentor a team and address issues on-site in real time.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute QC plan implementation across project phases.
• Conduct on-site inspections and tests to evaluate materials, workmanship, and installations.
• Ensure QA procedures are applied from pre-construction to final acceptance.
• Lead QC checks and ensure testing aligns with project specs and regs.
• Document non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Provide QC training to team and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Resolve quality-related issues with stakeholders and minimize schedule disruption.
• Lead efforts towards ISO certifications and quality improvements.
