l&k engineering (suzhou) co., ltd. singapore branch is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to perform daily on-site quality inspections for CSA works in semiconductor fabrication plant construction projects.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client requirements, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors. The role requires hands-on CSA inspections, NCR handling, and documentation across ITPs and Method Statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years QAQC experience in semiconductor fabrication plant construction.
• 5 years for Senior Engineer level with CSA site inspection experience.
• Hands-on CSA site inspections and quality-issue management.
• Familiar with CSA construction activities, cleanroom and semiconductor QA standards.
• Strong reading of drawings, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs.
• Experience coordinating inspections with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English and Chinese communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan and perform daily on-site quality inspections for CSA works in semiconductor fabrication plant construction projects.
• Ensure site works comply with drawings, specs, quality standards and client requirements.
• Monitor site activities and inspect per ITPs and Method Statements.
• Identify defects, issue NCRs, and follow up on rectification.
• Coordinate joint site inspections with clients, consultants, project teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct material inspections, witness testing, and verify workmanship quality on-site.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, QA/QC documentation.
• Follow-up inspections, verify corrective actions and close outstanding quality issues.
• Support site quality audits, punch list clearance, and project handover.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
