Job summary
L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Singapore Branch seeks a QAQC Engineer to plan and perform on-site quality inspections for Civil, Structural and Architectural works in semiconductor fabrication plant projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs and client requirements, reporting via ITPs and QAQC records.
The role requires 3 years of QAQC CSA site inspection experience, with 5 years for Senior Engineer, and strong English/Chinese communication to liaise with Chinese
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Building or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of QAQC experience in semiconductor fabrication plant construction.
- Senior Engineer: 5 years' CSA site inspection experience and hands-on quality management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform daily on-site quality inspections for CSA works in semiconductor fabrication plant projects.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
- Monitor site activities and inspect according to ITPs and Method Statements; raise NCRs where needed.
- Coordinate joint inspections with clients, consultants, project teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and QAQC documentation.
- Support site quality audits, punch list clearance, final inspections and project handover.
