Job summary

Concord Corporation Pte Ltd invites applications for a QA/QC Engineer to join our Singapore project team. You will develop and monitor QA/QC procedures, prepare Method Statements, checklists and inspection forms with project colleagues.

You will conduct material and site inspections, manage calibration, investigate non-conformances, close audit findings with clients and ensure proper QA/QC documentation for handover. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plan, Method Statement, checklist and inspection form with project team members
• Monitor daily site QA/QC activities, ensure procedures are followed by project team
• Conduct material and site inspections, testing, PICO and issue QA/QC reports
• Monitor calibration of tools/equipment and update list
• Investigate non-conformances with project team and recommend corrective actions
• Close audit findings and punch lists with client
• Document and file QA/QC records
• Conduct internal quality audits per project plan

• Assist in final documentation for handover to clients

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plan, Method Statement, checklist and inspection form with project team members

• Monitor daily site QA/QC activities, ensure that QA/QC procedures, Method Statement and Project Quality Plan is adhered by the project team members

• Conduct raw material inspection, site inspection, testing, post installation check out (PICO) and issue QA/QC inspection report

• Monitor and ensure all the tools and equipment are calibrated when it is due and update in Tools and Equipment List FY XXXX

• Investigate the cause of non-conformance with project team members and recommend corrective / preventive actions, if require to prevent recurrence

• Ensure that all audit findings on non-conformance findings / reports and punch lists are properly addressed and closed together with the client

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of QA/QC records

• Conduct internal quality audit based on project quality plan and client requirement

• Attend client QA/QC meeting

• Assist in preparation of Final Documentations for handover to clients

Qualifications and Work Experience

• At-least Diploma in electrical engineering

• Must have Electrical Power System background

• Accredited ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate is an advantage

• Good QA/QC knowledge on electrical, signal and communication inspection and testing

• Good knowledge on interpretation of electrical drawings

• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skill

• Able to work independently

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Good Microsoft office knowledge and skills
