Job summary

koh brothers building & civil engineering contractor (pte.) ltd. is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee and continually improve the project’s QA/QC system, ensuring alignment with shop drawings and ISO standards.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and leading audits to ensure compliance. You will perform site inspections, enforce safety-conscious practices, and report non-conformities to the Project Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Possess ISO Internal auditor certificate (added advantage).
• Safety Conscious Mindset.
• Able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, maintenance and improvement QA/QC system in the project.
• Maintain and implement quality control system and tracking records.
• Conduct site inspection to ensure quality works, and done in accordance to shop drawings/work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and ISO standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
• Conduct quarterly internal audit and follow through the action plan established for closure.
• Monitor workmanship quality compliance with requirements.
• Report to Project Director/Manager on non-conforming product or service.
