Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a QA/Testing professional to support Trade Finance Operations on a contract basis. You will design, script and execute test cases across multiple applications, coordinating with project managers and IT partners to ensure smooth production rollouts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in testing, with familiarity in Trade Finance processes and SWIFT. This role is 100% on-site at Tampines, with potential extended hours depending on workload.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in testing or QA.
• Knowledge of Trade Finance (e.g. L/C, Bank Guarantees, Collections) and SWIFT is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, project management and IT stakeholders to understand project and testing objectives.
• Design and develop UAT/regression test conditions, scenarios and scripts for business and technical use cases.
• Manually execute and analyze UAT/regression results and coordinate defect resolution.
• Use JIRA for test tracking and perform positive/negative testing across Trade Finance systems.
• Participate in troubleshooting with teams to identify root causes and resolutions.
• Document, track and report defects; prepare training materials for end users.
• Review functional specifications to ensure quality and usability for Trade Finance operations.
