Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in web and mobile application testing in the banking industry.
• Good analytical skills to translate complex requirements into end-to-end test scenarios.
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies and testing lifecycles (manual and automated).
• Experience with QA processes and tools including Confluence and JIRA.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for automation, standardization and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements and document user requirements for review with stakeholders.
• Conduct review sessions for user stories, functional specs, test plans and training materials.
• Execute UAT cases, analyze issues, and report status to project stakeholders.
• Participate in pre- and post-implementation activities including live verification during rollout.
• Provide test support across regional offices and handle concurrent projects.
